TerraOryx carries out ESA for projects to be established on land that is undeveloped or subjected to change in existing land use. Depending on the results of Phase I which identifies environmental site conditions, we will proceed to Phase II upon request to delineate the physical extent of contamination on site through intensive sampling, monitoring, and contaminant-transport modeling. Site remediation options are also presented should client require to proceed for Phase III assessment.
